Moses implemented a delegation system with rulers over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens, based on Jethro's advice to prevent burnout and ensure effective ministry. The pastor's primary duties are to intercede, teach, and delegate, focusing on the big picture rather than getting involved in all details. Leadership and Spiritual Gifts The gift of governments is a crucial spiritual gift for effective church leadership and organization in the end-time church. Divine leadership and organization are essential for a movement to succeed in making a difference, producing literature, and caring for families. Financial Systems Tithing, practiced since Melchizedek and Jacob, supports the priesthood and temple work, with the tithe being 10% of income or valuable possessions. Organization and financial systems are crucial for movement success, with tithing being the chief source of revenue for Israel. Communication and Truth False witnessing is a capital offense in Torah, violating the command to love your neighbor and perverting justice. Two to three credible witnesses are required to substantiate a claim before believing or repeating it, according to Deuteronomy 19:15-21. The end-time remnant must have pure speech with no lies or deceitful tongues, as stated in Zephaniah 3:8-13. Gossip and Its Consequences The tribe of Dan is absent from the 144,000 in Revelation due to their false judging and secret slandering. Gossip is spiritual cannibalism; to stop it, ask the gossiper to write it down and sign it or bring the person being gossiped about into the conversation. An evildoer listens to false lips, making them accountable for what they hear, as it all starts with listening.
